Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will undertake duties and responsibilities involved in the generation and payment of invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data and responding to stakeholders to resolve queries.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Generation of client invoicesPreparing vouchers for SpecialistGenerating RCTI for Doctors at month endAssisting with reconciling Accounts ReceivableDebt collectionAssist with accounts queriesAllocation of receiptsBank reconciliationPreparation of monthly paymentAssisting with month end processesProviding assistance to the Finance Team and participate in ad-hoc projects as requiredQualificationsTo be successful the applicant will have:Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk role or similar roleExceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skillsPrior experience within a full function bookkeeping processStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsDemonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externallyIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organisation with a terrific team work environment where client focus, team spirit and respect are key features.
