You will lead by example on the front desk while coordinating operations, supporting your team, and ensuring excellent service delivery to patients and practitioners alike.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing daily operations and managing a team of up 10+ support staff across different daysProviding leadership and support to doctors, nurses, and reception staffCoordinating rostering, scheduling, and room allocation for up to 10 doctorsEnsuring the smooth function of reception duties, billing, and patient queriesCollaborating with the support of HR, Finance, and Payroll functions for efficient business operationsDriving process improvements and maintaining high standards of patient careWHY APPLY?Be Part of a "Dream Clinic": This is one of the most talked-about clinics in the group - highly visible, fully refurbished, and a standout performer.Team and Tools: Work with a Clinical Educator, 2IC, and experienced support team.
