1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJob ID75686Job title Associate Inside SalesLocation Wagga Wagga, AustraliaJob model HybridThe Associate Inside Sales ANH works under the management of the ANH General Manager to promote value-added offerings in high-value markets and formulates premixes of vitamins, minerals, and other feed additives for Animal Health applications, following Formulation & Technical Management procedures.As a key member of the ANH Commercial Team in Australia, the Associate Inside Sales acts as a liaison for Account Managers and the QA team, and coordinates with Production and SHE.Your Key ResponsibilitiesImplement formulation requests (new and revisions) and supporting documentation from Account Managers, ensuring formulas are available for costing.Ensure customer-approved formulations are available for Production and respond promptly to production requests, providing input on ingredient compatibilities and alternatives to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.Provide commercial materials to enhance customer knowledge of dsm-firmenich products/services.Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events as appropriate.Maintain accurate customer product information and project data; build a network within DSM Nutritional Products Animal Nutrition & Health to respond to inquiries efficiently.Seek advice from team members for out-of-scope customer requests and enhance communication and relationship-building skills.Projects / Special AssignmentsProcess, test, and report lab tests to support sales, analyzing customer trial feedback to meet or improve nutritional values.Stay updated on national and international feed regulations relevant to the business.Undertake additional projects such as safety, wellbeing, and business improvement initiatives as required.We offerUnique career paths in health, nutrition, and beauty with support for your development.Impact millions of consumers daily with a focus on sustainability.Work in a science-led environment with cutting-edge research and innovation.Growth opportunities aligned with your career development.A collaborative culture that celebrates shared successes.A community where your voice and ideas are valued.You bringBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Science, Nutrition, Food Science/Technology, or related fields, with knowledge of animal premix products and industry segments.Understanding of market requirements and specifications, with motivation, energy, and ability to manage multiple projects.Resourcefulness, assertiveness, and strong organizational and analytical skills for managing formulations and revisions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for customer interactions.Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and pursue continuous learning.Experience in project management and proficiency in MS Office tools.About dsm-firmenichAt dsm-firmenich, we go beyond expectations to bring progress to life through science, creativity, and shared purpose.
