Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania!The OpportunityThis newly created role results from the build of our Licensed Sales team. The Promotions Specialist is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the mechanics behind product promotions. Working closely with our Sales, Commercial Finance, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams, you will develop core skills to further your career in these fields.Key responsibilities include:Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate sales data in Excel spreadsheets and databases.Performing data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.Inputting promotional information into customer and internal systems before the go-live period.Processing customer and financial claims as part of promotional deals.Reviewing sales data to analyze promotional effectiveness post-promotion, identifying what worked well to inform future decisions.What''s in your toolkitYou could be a recent graduate with a natural flair for data and Excel, or have work experience where data and attention to detail in data entry and analysis are key.
