You will ensure that our website and intranet are intuitive, accessible and aligned with the needs of our users.lead with insight and creativity: you will use analytics, stakeholder input and best practice design to create digital experiences that are both compliant and compelling.collaborate in a supportive, purpose-driven environment: work with committed professionals across the Tribunal and beyond by providing expert advice, training and support.About you:To be successful you will have:demonstrated experience in managing a website and/or intranet, web development or site administration.experience working across and administering a range of content management systems and web-based applications, including SharePoint.solid understanding of the Australian Government''s Digital Service Standard, Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), SEO principles, website content optimisation, and proficiency in using HTML and digital analytical and testing tools.demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and deliver within critical timeframes.demonstrated research and analytical skills, and ability to find innovative and practical solutions that support organisational goals.well-developed written and oral communication skills, including ability to explain technical and complex information and adapting to different audiences.ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver a high level of customer service.The ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.Tertiary qualifications in a field of study that relates to some or all of the required capabilities, or at least 5 years experience in a similar work environment.More information about this position, the scope of the role, duties and required capabilities and experience, is contained within the Position Description, which is linked below and available on our Career Opportunities page.How to apply:To be considered, all applications must be submitted online via the Career Opportunities page.
