Based in Sydney, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team while supporting an enterprise sales team across ANZ.About the RoleWe have an immediate opening for 2 Business Development Representative (BDR) positions. This role is perfect for someone who understands the sales process, particularly lead generation and relationship building. You''ll thrive at researching prospects, nurturing connections, and setting Account Executives up for success. If you''re ready to take your career to the next level in SaaS, this is the opportunity for you!As a key member of a highly experienced team, youll play an integral role in driving the success of a product that adds value to customers every day. You''ll be the first point of contact for both prospects and current customers, qualifying their needs and guiding them toward the right solutions.What Youll DoQualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunitiesResearch existing accounts to open up new contacts to potentially sell the marketing toolsInitiate contact with potential customers via cold calls and emailsIdentify customer needs and determine whether they need customer care or sales supportSet up meetings and calls between customers and Account ExecutivesStay up to date on new products, services, and pricing plansUtilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to engage prospects effectivelyWhat Youll BringHands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold callingProven track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)Strong understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)Excellent communication skills and a proactive sales approachPassion for Marketing AI tools and technologyExperience in a SaaS company or marketing agency with a sales backgroundMust have worked with public sector clients9-month contract with a performance-based bonusCompetitive salary: $96K + super, with a guaranteed bonus in the first 3 months ($2000 per month, $24,000 annual target earnings) If this doesn''t covert to permanent , the client is offering a great completion bonus of $5600.Paid holidays and entitlements in AustraliaHybrid work model with a supportive, vibrant team cultureStrong potential for contract-to-permanent transition for high performersHow to ApplyClick Apply Now or contact Toni Jacobson at 0429 841 882 for a confidential discussion.
