We aim to empower our people and support them in their financial planning careerAbout The RoleAn opportunity is available for a Client Services Manager to join our team. The role will involve assisting and preparing Annual Reviews (Statement of Advice / Record of Advice), ensuring accurate data management and record keeping, producing financial modelling via our internal software, assisting with implementation or strategies and supporting your colleagues with administrative requirements as required. We believe in a collaborative, client-focused approach between all members of our practice.Who are we looking for?An individual with a positive demeanour and outlook.Team based approach and support of internal workplace cultureExcellent analytical, organisational, time management & prioritisation skillsAdvanced administrative skillsWell-developed skills in computer software programs including MS Office and X-Plan (Desired)Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with enquiries regarding sensitive & confidential mattersAbility to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision & working to deadlinesStrong attention to detail, excellent written skills and advanced verbal communication skillsThe following criteria would be desired (But not necessary):Previous experience in a similar financial planning roleExposure to complex strategic financial planningPrevious studies in financial planningExperience in preparation of investment & strategic reviews including superannuation reviews, retirement planning, personal insurances, structures, taxation & cashflow management.Sound knowledge of estate planning, direct equities & debt management strategies is also highly advantageous.Robust investigative, analysis and problem-solving abilitiesHow to ApplyTo register your interest, please apply here or email your application todonelle@lighthousecapital.com.au.
