About The Service - Housing & Homelessness Services A safe home is the foundation from which to build a better life. We support individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. Accommodation means more than just shelter; it should be a welcoming environment that offers opportunities for comfort and development. At Changing Lives, we provide a home, not just a shelter, supporting people on their journey towards a brighter future. About The Job Welcome to Cumberland House in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our project provides accommodation for women with complex needs. As a Sessional Worker, you will join our dedicated team of experienced support workers. We are committed to delivering high-quality support. Your expertise and dedication are valued as we continue making a positive impact. Training will be provided on all aspects of the role, along with regular reflective practice and case management reviews with the team. Our project operates on a rolling rota schedule; therefore, flexibility and commitment are essential as shift times may vary to ensure continuous support.
