Your responsibilities include extensive diary management across different time zones, arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties, booking and confirming complex travel arrangements and managing itineraries, processing purchase orders/invoices, handling expense claims, and producing and coordinating documents for meetings.You will also collaborate with other Executive Assistants to coordinate department and team events.What you offer5+ years of experience supporting senior directors in a fast-paced office environment, with expertise in calendar management across different time zones, booking complex travel, managing itineraries, processing invoices and expense claims, and coordinating meeting documents.Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and make informed decisions.Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to anticipate team needs and act accordingly.We welcome applicants inspired to build a better future with us.
