Due to the success of Scania Assistance overseas, we have established a Scania Assistance Centre in Campbellfield.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a passion for working with the best. Ensuring our customers receive the highest possible care and assistance if they are having issues whilst on the road.What you will doReceive customer calls relating to breakdown and recovery of Scania vehiclesSupport the customer through the process to a successful conclusionAdministrate Scania Assistance cases from the customers first call to closing the caseFollow procedures and guidelines to reach a positive and acceptable solution for the customerCommunicate with repair workshops and all parties involved to ensure the customer is mobile within reasonable timescalesContinuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each caseRosterThe role works on a 4 week rotating roster, shifts are:Week 1 Monday Off Tuesday to Friday 10am to 7pm Sat 8am to 5pm- Sun OFFWeek 2 Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm Sat/ SunOffWeek 3 Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm Sat OffWeek 4 Sunday to Thursday 6am 3pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday OFFWhat we can offer youFlexible work optionsAnnual salary $73,500 + superEligibility for an annual company bonus schemeFully paid training in a supportive environmentPaid Parental Leave benefitsA company that is enjoying record growthSalary packaging & corporate benefits programmeWho you areTo be successful in this role, you will require the following:Technical mind set, solution focussedPrevious experience in a technical role from the automotive industry (preferred)Previous call centre experience (desirable)Quality oriented; showing responsibility and perseverance at workCommitment to the highest quality of workExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailGeographical knowledge throughout Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom (preferred)To applyIf you want to join a dynamic company with strong values, if you want to be more than a number and have a real voice, join us and start an exciting career in an international company.
