Youll help bring our mission to more households through creative campaigns, community driven storytelling, and smart performance thinking.This is a senior role that reports directly to the Founder and plays a key part in shaping our next chapter.YOUR IMPACTBrand Strategy and CampaignsBe the custodian of the Mingle brand, ensuring consistency across voice, visuals, values, and vibeLead our annual marketing calendar, from major product launches to community campaignsChampion bold, creative campaigns that cut through the noise and generate earned mediaUse customer and category insights to inform messaging, positioning, and creative directionCommunity and Social MediaOversee social and influencer strategy to deepen community connection and brand loveCollaborate with our Content Creator to ideate and amplify scroll stopping contentBuild and nurture ambassador relationships, focusing on influence and authenticity over follower countPaid MarketingConfidently manage both awareness and conversion advertising to support campaign goalsOwn paid media budgets, reporting, and performance trackingGo to Market, Insights, and Category MarketingWork with Sales and Product teams to support new product launches across all channelsBuild strategic retail campaigns that drive in store conversion and educate customersUse customer insights to inform packaging, messaging, and retail storytellingSupport new product development by identifying consumer needs, flavour trends, and market opportunitiesLeadership and CollaborationManage and mentor the marketing team, including our Content Creator, Influencer Lead, and Marketing AssistantFoster a team culture that is collaborative, creative, and accountableContribute to broader business decisions and growth strategies as part of Mingles leadership teamWED LOVE YOU TO HAVE5 or more years of experience in brand or marketing roles within a high growth consumer or FMCG brandA strong foundation in brand building. Youve helped a brand find its voice and grow emotional connectionDeep knowledge of social, influencer, and community marketing, and how to turn that into brand loveProven ability to lead go to market campaigns from strategy to executionExperience with above the line mediaConfidence managing marketing budgets and knowing where to invest for the best returnA strategic mindset with a bias for action. Youre comfortable moving between big picture thinking and getting things doneStrong instincts backed by data.
