If you are looking for an opportunity to utilise your strengths in the stores, parts and inventory area, seeking a new challenge and want to be part of a progressive team, this could be the position for you.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and action all parts enquiries, both retail and internal.Oversee and assist with the purchasing officer function, initiate purchase orders in Great Plains (Database system) to replenish the central stores.Assist with inventory and action parts requests in the central store as required.Develop and sustain relationships with external and internal customers.Accept parts requisitions.Receiving incoming new parts deliveries.Receive surplus parts from the service vans back into the central store.Undertake daily/weekly cyclic stock count in the central store.Purchasing and receiving all purchase requisitions.Raising all purchase orders in Great Plains for parts in the central store, vans and on-site containers.Assist costing of service jobs.Qualifications / ExperienceTo be considered for this position, you will ideally have the following:Working in a store/warehouse environment with experience in picking, packing, parts mins and maxs and communicating with external freight/logistic companies.Understanding of customer relations and customer business processesSound product knowledge is advantageousAbility to work with minimal supervisionCan do attitude and team playerGood written and oral communication skillsComputer literacy would be a distinct advantageTeam playerStrong problem-solving skills5 weeks leave.Flexibility to work a 9-day fortnight if you choose.This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.Get in touchStart the conversation with our United Equipment Sales Team and we''ll help you find the right equipment for the job. #J-18808-Ljbffr
