You will service existing Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and Duress systems, and handle quoting and small to medium fitouts/upgrades on maintenance database clients. There is also opportunity to develop skills in Cybersecurity and sales. Your major responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnosing and fault-finding security equipment. Performing preventative maintenance on existing sites. Installing and commissioning small to medium commercial projects. Quoting faults found during maintenance. Liaising with subcontractors during project commissioning. Assisting the commercial projects team with new and existing work. Managing customer relationships. Working with security systems such as P2000, C-Cure, Lenel, Concept, Tecom, and Gallagher, and CCTV components including NVRs, DVRs, LAN/WAN devices, and servers with Aimetis, Victor, Exaqvision, Genetec, and Milestone. Certifications in C-Cure, Integrity, or Gallagher are preferred but not required. The right person: Must be an Australian resident with a valid NSW Driver''s License, Cable License, and Security License. Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar role. Strong system, network, and PC skills are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
