It works within the SWSLHD PCLI/IDMH and NDIS teams, collaborating with inpatient and community services. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, recovery-oriented assessments and treatments. Support safe transitions of adults with SPMI into the community. Work across multiple sites and services to enhance outcomes. Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications & Experience Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligible Social Worker with AASW. Extensive experience in mental health rehabilitation for SPMI and complex needs. Leadership and clinical supervision skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in service planning, implementation, and evaluation. Valid Australian C-Class drivers license.
