You will thrive in this role if you are dynamic, an organised self-starter, a strong communicator and highly value teamwork. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the learning function, and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes.This role requires that you hold a current Forklift Licence (LF & LO) and have demonstrated forklift experience as well as a good proficiency in MS Office.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct PIT and TDR training including classroom and practical evaluations as neededEnsure compliance with New Operator Behaviour Audits (NOBA) and PIT related refresher trainingMaintain PIT and TDR related records and complete all data entryAssist with PIT and TDR related safety incident investigations and coach associates on safe operationAudit operators for compliance with all EHS PIT operation standardsComplete standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectationPerform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rostersLead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associatesAct as a safety subject matter expert ensuring associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessaryThe ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our warehouse roles on a regular basis. Spend a minimum of 5-10 hours per week in a process path (rotate through paths) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers whilst also learning part of Learning Trainer roleBasic QualificationsWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalentWork 40 hours/week, and overtime as requiredHold a current forklift licence (LO & LF)Preferred QualificationsWorkplace training experience ideal but not necessaryMust be willing to work across several areas as required by training needsAble to give and receive feedback effectivelyEffective Time management skillsAcknowledgement Of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
