Government & Defence provides specialized logistics, including relocation services, healthcare product distribution, vehicle fleets, and helicopter rescue services.Travel Coordinator Parramatta, NSWThe OpportunityToll manages and delivers services for the Australian Department of Home Affairs, supporting Refugee and Humanitarian Visa clients with medical assessments and travel to Australia.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and travel support to employees and refugee clients.Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders.Manage third-party travel expenses and reimbursements.Handle all global travel requirements for staff.Provide travel advice according to Toll travel policy via online booking tools or travel agents.Support the Assisted Passage Leadership Team and liaise with the Government & Defence Finance Teams.About YouExperience with global travel booking, including high-risk and remote locations.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks.Knowledge of travel policies and procedures.Effective communication skills.Experience with travel booking systems.Why Join Us?
