Administration Assistant/ Team SecretaryBoutique Accounting Firm$85,000 PackageSydney CBDFlexible Hours AvailableWere working with a highly regarded boutique accounting, taxation, and advisory firm based in Sydneys CBD, who are seeking an Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their practice.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative team and is looking for a role that can be tailored to suit their lifestyle, depending on experience and availability.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review client correspondence, reports, and documentation with a high degree of accuracyMaintain and update client records, financial position statements, and structure diagramsManage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and existing clientsHandle ASIC-related tasks, including company incorporations, changes, and document lodgementsAssist with lodgement of tax returns, BAS, and coordination of ATO correspondence, including payment plansPrepare and issue invoices and manage related follow-upsCompile and send out electronic document signature packsProvide front-line client supportanswering phones, responding to emails, and resolving administrative queriesSupport the Directors and Accountants with general administration, scheduling, and ad hoc tasksAssist with SMSF and investment portfolio administration, including downloading and forwarding reportsCoordinate banking activities, including loading payments and preparing transfers for approvalAbout You:5+ years of experience in a similar administrative role within an accounting or professional services firmA background or exposure to bookkeeping is highly desirableA high level of confidence in managing priorities and taking initiative with minimal supervisionExperience with relevant platforms is a plus, including FYI Docs, FuseDocs, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, NowInfinity, ATO Portals, and ASIC ConnectProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational and time-management skillsA professional and polished demeanour with excellent communication skillsA collaborative and friendly attitudesomeone who enjoys being part of a supportive, high-performing teamWhats on Offer:Flexible working arrangements based on your needsA welcoming, stable team with a low staff turnover and strong team cultureA beautiful Sydney CBD office location, close to public transportGenuine growth opportunities this role can evolve with your interests and skills, with pathways available to step into broader responsibilities over timeSupport available for those interested in pursuing their CA qualification, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally within a boutique firmOpportunities to take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to a small, high-performing teamTo explore this opportunity in more detail, please apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
