What You''ll Do: Provide operational support to the Buyer and ensure smooth day-to-day category management. Write and manage purchase orders, including vendor follow-ups. Create articles and maintain accuracy in SAP. Manage mark-ups and markdowns with correct pricing updates. Handle administrative tasks across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. Analyze merchandise reports to support trade decisions. Manage product samples and promotional admin. Coordinate shipments and timelines with internal teams and suppliers. Maintain accurate supplier and overseas agent contact information. What Youll Bring: 12 years experience in a retail support office or store-based role. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
