Responsibilities include leading consulting engagements, analyzing energy markets and transmission systems, and providing insights to support client decision-making. You will engage in all aspects of client interaction, from identifying issues to synthesizing recommendations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, and strong technical and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and modelling of high-voltage transmission systems across the APAC region.Engage with clients, perform power-flow analysis, and develop quantitative reports.Collaborate with the modelling team to analyze electrical engineering challenges.Contribute to product development by identifying new opportunities.Communicate findings effectively to clients.Qualifications and Attributes2-4 years of experience in a technical role within the power sector.Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from a top university.Proven project management and data analysis skills.Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Desirable: experience with network/grid modelling, data analytics tools (Python, R, Matlab), leadership experience, proficiency in additional languages such as Korean or Japanese.What We OfferInternational work culture and growth opportunities.Benefits including employee discounts, private health insurance, coaching, and training programs.Additional InformationThis role is with Aurora Energy Research, not Hatch.
