Internal candidates are encouraged to visit our internal careers page for current opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs on large-scalemining equipmentUndertake general fabrication duties andrepairsCollaborate with the maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.Maintain compliance with Fortescue and site-specific safety procedures and policiesEnsure all maintenance works are completedto a high standardQualifications and ExperienceAustralian recognised Trade Certificate in FabricationPrevious experience working on large scale mining equipment, in an operational environmentHigh level of safety awareness and orientationDemonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a teamExperience using Microsoft programs and computer based maintenance systems (SAP desirable)Current C Class Drivers LicenceOur CommitmentFortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
