The Role: Our Reservations Team supports our portfolio of seven distinctive hotels in Australia, where differences are celebrated. The team is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for customers booking our hotels via inbound telephone calls, emails, and webchat, utilizing excellent service and negotiation skills to convert sales and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities will include: Inputting all hotel reservations from customers efficiently and accurately, both online and offline. Processing group and individual bookings, requests, and payment schedules accurately. Engaging with customers to enhance service, including upselling and additional sales opportunities. About you: We seek a friendly, customer-focused individual with excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Experience in hotel operations or reservations is preferred. You should have keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will demonstrate: Availability Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends, approximately 20-25 hours per week. Ability to work collaboratively in a success-driven environment. Experience with multiple and complex IT booking systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous hotel-based customer service experience is advantageous.
