What You Will Be Doing As a Pathology Collector (Phlebotomist), you will collect blood and other samples, ensuring accuracy and quality, while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: Collecting samples with care and attention Maintaining meticulous records Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers Ideal Candidate Applicants with a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply. Registered Nurses seeking day shifts or those with customer service backgrounds can also transition into this role with training and mentoring.
