Blue Projects is looking for a skilled Process Draftsman to join our growing team in Sydney on a contract basis, with the potential to expand beyond part-time hours. If you''re passionate about industrial design and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Do:Create detailed technical drawings and schematics for industrial projects using 2D and 3D CAD toolsDevelop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping/mechanical designsCollaborate with engineers and project managers to translate concepts into precise documentationCoordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation teamsEnsure compliance with safety standards and project requirementsSupport design reviews, propose improvements, and maintain drawing recordsAssist with MTOs, specifications, and documentation like FDS and SOPsWhat Were Looking For:Associates degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldProven experience in industrial project draftingStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocolsProficiency in CAD systems (2D & 3D), Microsoft Office; MS Project is a plusExcellent time management, communication, and teamwork skillsBased in or near SydneyWhy Blue Projects?Were a project and construction management consultancy that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellence across industries.
