About The Role We are seeking a passionate and organized Digital Community Coordinator to join our Brand, Marketing & Communications team. This role is essential in driving vibrant community engagement, delivering engaging social media content, supporting regional marketing initiatives, and fostering collaboration across the team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative eye for content, and a proactive approach to social and digital marketing execution. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting community engagement activities and events to foster strong connections with our audiences. Assisting with social media management and content creation across key platforms. Monitoring online conversations and responding to inquiries with professionalism and a brand-aligned tone. Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team to ensure smooth project execution. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 13 years of experience in community engagement, social media management, or digital marketing roles. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later). Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but other platforms accepted). Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or video editing abilities. Experience supporting events, activations, or community initiatives is highly desirable. Ability to analyze engagement data and report on social media performance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of brand tone and messaging.
