Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment. Youll be integral in managing the full lifecycle of client experiences from onboarding to ongoing support while working shoulder-to-shoulder with advisers on the front line.This role offers significant responsibility, exposure, and growth, perfect for someone ready to take their career in financial services to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesBe involved in every aspect of the client journey, ensuring smooth, professional, and proactive serviceLiaise directly with clients, super funds, product providers, accountants, and solicitors to coordinate advice implementationOwn all client admin: onboarding, data management, document prep, compliance, and follow-upsCollaborate daily with our advisers to ensure seamless client outcomesTrack service delivery and proactively identify ways to improve client satisfactionSupport and coach junior team members within the group.What Youll BringMinimum 3 years'' experience in client services within financial services and wealth management.Strong understanding of advice implementation processes and platforms (Xplan, Microsoft etc)Outstanding organisational and communication skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset you spot problems before they ariseAbility to prioritise and thrive in a growing, dynamic businessRelevant qualifications in financial services, business, or client management are highly regardedWhy Join Us?
