This role is ideal for someone who knows the cleaning industry inside out and is ready to move into a leadership position while still staying close to the work on the ground.Shift Time: 5am to 9am and 2pm to 6pmKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise, support and motivate cleaning teams across multiple sitesConduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure service delivery meets client standardsStep in to perform cleaning duties and cover shifts when requiredManage rosters, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and trainingBuild strong relationships with both clients and frontline staffPromote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with WHS proceduresManage stock orders, ensure equipment is in place, and report site issuesAssist in reporting, time & attendance tracking, and operational planningSerco is a place for youIn joining us, youll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.To be successful in this role youll have:Prior cleaning experience (essential), ideally with a good understanding of industry best practicesStrong communication and organisational skillsA lead by example attitude and willingness to step in when neededConfidence working independently and managing small teamsEnthusiasm for learning and developing in a leadership roleValid Drivers Licence (essential)WWCNSW National Police CheckPlease note:This position carries trust and responsibility.
