Your responsibilities include:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems.Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal operation.Providing technical support on mechanical plant such as heat exchangers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC assets.Maintaining safety standards through risk assessments and job safety analyses.Candidate RequirementsExtensive experience in building services within large commercial, healthcare, aged care, hotel, shopping center, or university environments.Proficiency with testing instruments and equipment for asset commissioning and performance monitoring.Fault-finding skills on refrigeration assets and controls, including cool rooms, condensers, split systems, and ice machines.Knowledge of HVAC control systems and trend analysis using BMS.Strong customer service focus and proactive communication skills.HVAC Trade Certificate, ARCTICK license, and restricted electrical license.Join UsSerco is a global company providing services across justice, migration, defense, space, health, and urban mobility.
