We celebrate diverse perspectives and are proud of the culture were building together.About the role:Industrie is on the hunt for Graphic Designers to join our growing and fast-paced creative team.Were looking for highly creative designers with strong experience across both print and digital media, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for producing beautifully crafted work that connects with customers and elevates the brand.This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Sydney head office, reporting to the Graphics Manager and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across product, retail, and digital marketing. Salary will depend on skills and experience.Key Areas of Responsibility Are:Design on-brand and engaging visual solutions for our retail environments, including window displays, lightbox skins, in-store signage, catalogues, and books.Develop product-related creative such as swing tags, trims, product labels, and yardage prints.Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to enhance UX/UI, customer journey and campaign assets - including eDMs, web, paid media, and organic content.Collaborate with the graphics and creative team to review and refine designs, ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables.Concept and create seasonal campaign graphics that reflect our brand identity and drive customer engagement.Mocking garments into seasonal range books.Coordinate print production with internal and external suppliers to ensure accurate output.Retouch campaign, flatlay and eCommerce imagery with attention to detail and brand tone.Create product and brand catalogues.Stay up to date with emerging design, art and fashion trends, using them to inform and elevate your work.About You:Design experience in an in-house or agency setting. Fashion retail experience is ideal, but not essential.Hold a qualification in Graphic Design or similar.Highly proficient in industry standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro), Figma, with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail across both digital and print outputs.Youre proactive, solutions-focused, hands on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.A genuine team player with great communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a growth-positive mindset.Youre confident using workflow and project management systems such as Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace to collaborate and communicate across teams.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented and has strong time management skills.Comfortable working across both digital, print and product mediums.You know how to manage multiple projects with efficiency and focus, without compromising quality.Understand customer behaviour and how to tell visual stories that resonate.Not sure if you meet every single requirement?
