More information can be found at: www.sigsauer.comPosition SummaryThe Coordinator will organize parts and builds for the Strategic Weapons Group, managing planning, scheduling, routing, tracking, and reporting based on bills of materials and work orders. This entry-level role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration with R&D, Product Management, and Project Management to support build plans. The position also manages serial number inventory within a team environment.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage schedules for active builds with input from relevant teams.Monitor ongoing projects including prototypes, tender builds, test samples, and show guns.Oversee serial number inventory management for the group.Establish stock levels for supplies based on team input.Execute timely transactions of serialized items per company policy.Manage parts and materials, including archiving or scrapping serialized items post-build.Coordinate professionally with other units to support customer builds.Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and maintain 5S standards.Follow ISO procedures, EH&S training, and security policies.Travel infrequently as needed.Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; a Bachelors degree is preferred.At least 1 year of experience as a coordinator is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Project and Visio is a plus.Knowledge of SIG SAUER product lines is preferred.Experience with Oracle EBS and Agile PLM is advantageous.Experience with firearms maintenance is a plus.Working ConditionsSitting for extended periods at a desk using a computer.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and twisting.Wear PPE as required and adhere to EH&S and security protocols.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
