We take pride in our past accomplishments and are excited about future possibilities.The OpportunityThis Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for transactional processing, document filing, and other duties related to facilitating payments for King Living''s global entities.This role contributes to global accounting processes and works under the guidance of the Accounts Payable Team Leader to improve functions supporting King Living''s international growth.The position is the primary reference point for accounts payable team members to ensure timely and accurate processing, reconciliations, and transactions across the group, as well as for the larger finance team, King Group, and external vendors.The RoleProcess supplier invoices into SAP promptly and obtain necessary approvalsEnsure compliance with SAP procedures (e.g., Capex, PO for invoices)Maintain accurate account coding and data entry in SAPReview credit card and employee expense claims in Concur, ensuring proper SAP coding and validation of tax receiptsReconcile and post Concur transactions into SAP timelyProcess customer refunds via EFTSet up and maintain vendor profiles in SAP, validating ABN and supporting documentation for bank details changesRespond promptly to internal and external queries regarding accountsFile electronic documents and attachments in ERPReconcile vendor accounts with external statementsPrepare payment runs and process payments, reconciling payment accounts in SAPPerform month-end vendor statement reconciliations and submit invoice lists for accruals within deadlinesAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' experience in a similar role within a large-scale, international businessExperience with inventory, foreign currency, and cross-border transactionsIntermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of account coding and costing by cost centreExcellent communication skillsExperience with SAP B1 is advantageousAccounting qualifications are highly desirableOur ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation are the core values that unite us and inspire our work.
