Youll join a compassionate & dedicated team committed to supporting people on their path to recovery. Your leadership will drive a high-impact, person-centred approach that empowers individuals throughout their recovery journey.Your ResponsibilityLead and support a passionate AOD team to deliver outstanding, evidence-based careDrive implementation of our Strategic Plan with a focus on continuous improvementEnsure compliance with Clinical Care Standards, WHS, safeguarding, and QIC AccreditationOversee holistic program delivery: AOD groups, therapeutic services, vocational trainingFoster external partnerships and inter-agency collaboration for seamless careUse data insights to improve outcomes and service qualityCoordinate smooth site operations, from facilities to food servicesMentor staff, supporting professional growth and team developmentYou Will NeedRelevant tertiary qualification (Social Work, Community Welfare, etc.) or 5+ years experienceProven leadership in operations and people managementStrong communicator with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skillsIn-depth knowledge of AOD rehabilitation and mental health practicesExperience with integrated care and community-based service networksSkilled in WHS, case management, and compliance systemsConfident with Microsoft Office and data collection/reporting toolsCurrent NSW Driver Licence (unrestricted)Apply NowIf this sounds like you,dont wait-apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.St Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) welcomes people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences.
