The successful applicant will be appointed to the OO2 classification with eligibility for progression to the OO3 level once specific criteria have been met. Please note the salary rate shown is reflective of the OO2 to OO3 classification range.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToResponsible for a range of day-to-day activities including delivering and collecting mail, parcels, and documents; recording and delivering messages; printing and photocopying; preparing classrooms for examinations and preparing activity/assembly halls, including moving/arranging furniture and seating; removing and relocating furniture; general store duties including receipting, opening up, checking, storing, and distributing school supplies and stocks; maintaining registers; and stocktaking and recording/engraving of school equipment/furniture and assets.Support with security duties at the school, such as maintaining security systems; banking of school funds (transporting and depositing funds); and locking and unlocking buildings within core hours.Assist with duties like clearing and hosing drains and gutters; collecting waste, food, and paper on grounds; undertaking immediate cleaning duties outside normal hours; coordinating rubbish removal/disposal; and assisting with significant events like fetes, plays, and sporting events.Please refer to the attached role description for mandatory requirements.How To ApplyAttach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees who understand your relevant work history.Include a cover letter.We welcome all applicants to share any support needed to ensure our recruitment process is inclusive.Applications remain current for 12 months and may be considered for similar vacancies.
