OPERATIONS MANAGERS NEEDED! 2X ROLES AVAILABLE IN SYDNEY - CONTRACT AND FULL TIME!1 - OPERATIONS & INVENTORY SYSTEMS CONSULTANT | PREMIUM AUSTRALIAN BRAND!A premium Australian fashion brand with a growing international DTC and wholesale footprint. Were a small business scaling and need an experienced operations consultant to help us unlock efficiency, streamline systems, set up automated processes and eliminate bottlenecks.The RoleWere seeking a hands-on Operations & Inventory Systems Consultant for a short-term contract.Youll work directly with our team to audit current processes, assess underutilised tools (especially Cin7), and recommend + implement solutions and software to help us scale.Competitive day rate or project fee, commensurate with experience (Ideally looking at $700 -$800 a day).RESPONSIBILITIES +Audit current inventory workflows across Shopify, Cin7, and wholesale processesIdentify key inefficiencies (e.g. stockouts, forecasting gaps, slow order processing)Review tech stack and propose tools/integrations to improve efficiency (e.g. WMS, automations, forecasting software)Help configure existing tools (Cin7, Shopify, ShipStation, Klaviyo etc.) to their full potentialAdvise on demand planning strategies and reporting dashboardsImplement and test approved system changesDeliver training to internal team or assist in handover to ops staffREQUIREMENTS +5+ years experience in fashion/retail operations, inventory, or supply chain rolesDeep working knowledge of Cin7 (essential), Shopify, and ecommerce logisticsProven ability to advise on and implement operational systemsComfortable balancing both strategic advising and hands-on implementationExperience working with DTC + wholesale models, ideally in fashion/apparelStrong communication and change management skills2 - OPERATIONS MANAGER - E-COMMERCE | BEAUTY & WELLNESSA fast-growing beauty & wellness brand is redefining the way consumers experience colour contact lenseschampioning comfort, self-expression, and modern design.
