This role can be based in Melbourne or near one of our operational sitesWaubra, Mt Gellibrand, or Mortlakeoffering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.Job DescriptionChampion Safety Initiatives: Lead and promote safety initiatives, integrating H&S policies into daily operations.Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS laws, regulations, and corporate H&S frameworks.Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard controls for high-risk activities.Training & Development: Develop and deliver H&S training programs for site teams and contractors.Incident Management: Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring alignment with root cause analysis processes.Audit Management: Plan and manage internal and external audits to confirm compliance.Procedure Development: Develop and review H&S procedures and plans.Performance Reporting: Track and report safety performance data, preparing internal and external reports.Required Skills and CompetenciesYoure a self-driven, solutions-oriented professional with a passion for renewable energy. You have a proven track record of H&S Management.
