And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.YOUR ROLEOnsite - Day ShiftCoordinate and supervise mechanical trade personnel, apprentices, trade assistants, and contractorsLiaise with Production personnel to develop a weekly planned maintenance scheduleProvide technical advice and support to team members and contractorsStrive to increase preventive and predictive maintenance across the facilityUtilise root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to address plant reliability issuesEnsure safety standards are maintained and observed at all timesManage Service Requests & Work Orders for the workgroup and ensure timely completion of PMsParticipate in audits and continuous improvement activitiesYOUR EXPERIENCEFitter/turner trade backgroundStrong mechanical trade experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience in fault finding and troubleshootingAbility to use a Computerised Maintenance Management SystemAbility to work independently and coordinate workloads and priorities for yourself and your teamMust be an Australian Citizen for defence clearance purposesWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
