With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2024.The Wantirna South Campus is seeking an experienced Student Wellbeing Coordinator, part-time (FTE 0.4) to support our male student cohort. You will champion holistic wellbeing, provide proactive health promotion, pastoral care, timely interventions, and counselling across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual domains.This role will provide one-on-one or group support to our male student cohort to evaluate their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. In addition to direct counselling, you will support student wellbeing through a variety of tasks such as lunch-time clubs, meeting with parents and teachers, organising external referrals, and preparing talks for parents.Be part of a collaborative and dedicated team committed to student wellbeing and experience the reward of seeing genuine change and growth in students, helping them move from surviving to thriving.You are an ideal candidate if you:Have relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related field.Have extensive experience in counselling young people.
