The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant in our Sydney Insurance (Strata) practice. The Administration Assistant will support the Strata Insurance team and ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Opening and closing files Preparing legal documents Online court filing Billing Archiving File management Diary management Preparation and reconciliation of expenses Client liaison and management General administrative duties Note: The strata Insurance team is paperless. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least one years experience as a legal or administrative assistant, with excellent communication and diary management skills, and a client service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong prioritization skills, initiative, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
