Known for their high standards, strong culture, and commitment to quality, they are currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Electrician to join their close-knit maintenance team on a full-time basis.About the RoleThis position is ideal for a proactive and skilled tradesperson who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. You''ll be working alongside a small team of experienced tradespeople and reporting directly to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager. The role focuses on both preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment in a busy manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on production and site equipment.Assist with breakdown response to minimise downtime and maintain efficiency.Carry out preventative maintenance in accordance with scheduled plans.Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and site procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with equipment upgrades.Maintain accurate service records and contribute to a safe work culture.Ideal CandidateQualified and licensed Electrician (Australia-recognised).Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG or food manufacturing (highly desirable).Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability.PLC knowledge/experience advantageous (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).Self-motivated, reliable, and a true team player.Must be hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Whats on OfferCompetitive hourly rate up to $60 per hour + 15% Shift Loading2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to FridayGreat team culture and supportive work environmentLong-term opportunity with a respected industry player #J-18808-Ljbffr
