The Senior Coordinator will be responsible to support the migration of Building Commission NSW regulated licences from the Government Licensing System (GLS)tothe AMANDA system, working closely with technical teams within the Licensing NSW program. The role is critical to progress with the GLS Decommissioning project as well as scoping the future state implementation requirements for the licensing workstream under the Building Bills Program.Responsibilities include:Support the migration of Building Commission NSW regulated licences from the Government Licensing System (GLS) to the new AMANDA system. This will involve working closely with technical teams within the Licensing NSW program, who is leading the development of AMANDA.Identify, analyse and advise business requirements to inform decision making and maximise the ability to meet and exceed established project milestones. Knowledge of the Home Building Act 1989 and GLS and/or AMANDA is a requirement for this function.Provide specialist advice and support to customers and stakeholders including policies, procedures and business systems to contribute to the continual improvement of processes and system operation and the compliant operations of the business.Lead, manage and/or contribute to continuous business and customer service improvement initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery.Develop and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels through strong and effective communications, managing expectations, mediation and issues management and negotiation to integrate ad ensure the delivery of products and services, and the achievement of outcomes and benefits.Develop, review and implement improved business procedures, develop assessment protocols, guidance and supporting material and facilitate technical advice and training to support professional development and capability building.Key challengesManaging stakeholder expectations given competing priorities and tight timeframes.Negotiating and influencing stakeholders on organisational priorities and deliverables while establishing effective relationships to develop trust and ensure reliable and accurate information.Continually monitoring and reviewing processes, systems and procedures across a broad range of activities to develop practical and effective solutions given the complexity of services and systems.Keeping updated with processes, policies and procedures across a wide range of administrative functions while ensuring processes and systems are compliant with organisational and legislative requirements in a changing work environment.Supporting the Division to embed a culture of agility and innovation in a rapid collaboration framework given anticipated barriers to change.To be successful in this role you must have:Proven experience in using GLS and/or AMANDA licensing platforms and an advanced understanding of the building related licensing schemes, specifically Home Building licences.Proven experience successfully contributing to complex projects, ideally related to ICT or regulatory project delivery.Proven experience in identifying, analysing and documenting business processes, systems and other functional requirements to facilitate improvement and support efficient delivery of business operations and performance.Problem solving ability to think through ambiguity, and lead and guide others to achieve business outcomes.Experience working with complex and diverse stakeholder groups.Advanced communication skills.A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!If youd like to know more about this amazing role, you are encouraged to contact Meghann Sikorski at m eghann.sikorski@customerservice.nsw.gov.au .
