Add expected salary to your profile for insightsFMR Investments'' Greenfields Mill Gold Processing Facility, located at our Coolgardie operations, is a 1 Mtpa processing plant equipped with a 3-stage crushing circuit, three ball mills, a gravity circuit, and a CIP circuit.The role involves performing general welding repairs, fabrication, and mechanical breakdown repairs on all onsite equipment as needed. Your commitment to safety and teamwork will ensure optimal equipment availability and foster a collaborative work environment.2. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESConduct welding repairs and fabrication on fixed plant and machinery safely.Perform repairs on mobile machinery as needed.Follow FMR workshop procedures and JSAs when carrying out repairs.Complete preventive maintenance sheets and document additional repairs during servicing, including any outstanding work.Report all equipment faults to the Maintenance Superintendent for scheduling in the weekly work plan.3. KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation/Qualification/ License/ ExperienceCurrent Drivers LicenseMinimum of 5 years relevant experienceStrong technical knowledge in the mining industry - preferableSkillsProficiency with various welding machines and hand toolsStrong knowledge of fixed plant machinery and processesFamiliarity with maintenance proceduresAbility to diagnose equipment failuresStrong service and maintenance focus10 hours per day, on a 9/5 rosterShifts may rotate between day and night schedulesOther:The successful applicant must provide:A current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screeningThe right to live and work in AustraliaPlease note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
