Roles include 3IC, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers and Multi-Site Managers.We are currently seeking a Full-time or Part-time, Assistant Store Manager to support our Multi-Site Manager to lead a team at our Chadstone and Armadale boutiques. Reporting to the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading your team to achieve budget, fostering a positive and motivated team culture and ensuring Viktoria & Woods standards, policies and values are upheld.Responsibilities IncludeDelivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention;Driving the concession Sales performance;Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention;Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; andProvide leadership and support for seasonal Stocktake and Visual Merchandising directives at the Concession.What are we looking for?Previous experience in a similar role (preferred however not essential);Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;Stock Management experience;Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results; andExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Next StepsSubmit your application today!
