This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.About the role:Provide high quality Executive Assistant support to our NSW EMDExecutive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and ad hoc financial administrationDistribute key communications from the NSW EMD office in a timely and effective mannerManage the NSW function budget, events calendar, small and large staff events, and key client eventsWork independently and with committees to arrange events in line with budgetsExtensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.About you:An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environmentProactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacyProfessional written and verbal communication skillsCommitted, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environmentEvent planning and coordination experience - someone with strong attention to detail and who loves events and likes making them feel specialStrong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they ariseProficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.So, what''s in it for you?Working alongside an experienced and established team & leader.Flexibility and freedom to show initiative to do your best work.Our company is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional and career development.A range of educational, financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits and programs, corporate partnerships and discounts, CBRE Cares Foundation, competitive leave offerings and paid volunteer days.We are proud to be certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace in Australia.
