While were open to applicants across NSW, preference will be given to candidates based in the Central West.What Were Looking ForCertificate III in Polymer Processing or Mechanical Trade QualificationsAble to work undergroundProven leadership in major shutdownsStrong experience in belt splicing, installation, and condition auditingSkilled in scoping, quoting, and delivering jobs to a high standardAble to lead small teams and develop othersWHSE champion confident in hazard analysis and risk assessmentsA current manual driver''s licence (MR preferred)Desirable: WAH, Forklift, Dogging, and/or Rigging ticketsBut most importantly, youre someone with a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for getting the job done right.Apply NowReady to step into a leadership role with real impact?
