Youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the Faculty, diverse internal teams, and valued external partnersincluding farm service clients, local government, and the Department of Primary Industries.Based at Gatton campus with occasional travel to our St Lucia campus and other sites for training and project support.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeManage the Directors schedule and communications, including diary management, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence and enquiries with discretion, and preparing relevant meeting materials to ensure smooth daily operations.Provide comprehensive administrative support for committees, projects, and key events, including agenda and minute preparation, liaising with university executives, staff, external stakeholders, and assisting with travel arrangements and event logistics.Maintain office systems and resources, such as updating contact lists, managing SharePoint and MS Teams pages, overseeing office supplies, and proactively managing enquiries to protect the Directors focus.Oversee financial administration related to the Directors office, including processing reimbursements, managing expenses and financial delegations, credit card reconciliations, and providing backup support for the Faculty Executive Support Team as needed.About UQs Gatton Campusover 125 years ago, UQs Gatton Campus has a long history from starting out as a dedicated agricultural institution, to being a field hospital during WWII, and to joining the UQ community in 1990.Everyone here has a role to play.
