A leading FMCG wholesaler with nationwide operations is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join its NSW team at the head office in Ingleburn. This is a casual role with the potential to apply for a permanent position. This is a 5-day-a-week, on-site position (no WFH).Reporting to the NSW Administration Manager, this role is ideal for a confident self-starter with exceptional computer literacy, organisation skills, and a professional demeanour when engaging with customers.About the role:Raising Purchase Orders for customer salesProviding high-level customer service through phone and email communicationsHandling purchasing tasks (training provided)Performing data entry and spreadsheet managementRaising and processing sales dataExecuting other administrative duties as directedThe chosen candidate will be an experienced administrative assistant capable of managing the day-to-day responsibilities of this role.
