This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start, reporting to the HSEQ Manager - Asia Pacific. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing safety cases, and supporting safety and risk management activities within our offshore operations in Australia.Responsibilities include:Managing and monitoring vessel safety cases developmentReviewing work scopes for safety impactDelivering safety cases per legislative standardsDeveloping systems for safety case requirements communicationDeveloping performance standards and monitoring systemsProviding safety case guidance, training, and supportEnsuring safety-critical equipment and procedures are maintainedCollaborating with regulatory bodies on safety case submissionsMinimum Requirements:5-10 years experience in Australian offshore oil & gas industryExperience in developing vessel safety cases within AustraliaBackground in engineering, naval architecture, or risk managementRelevant qualifications in engineering, naval architecture, or OH&SKnowledge of hazard and effects management processesExperience with large-scale projects and Australian offshore legislationStrong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Bowtie XPAbout Us & BenefitsAt DOF, we prioritize safety, legality, and ethics in all operations.
