You will handle all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns addressed promptly.Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomesAcknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phoneTaking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookingsMaking the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamlessStaying one step of our guests needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendationsBeing our guests trusted contact helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendationsWhat We need from you:Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments.Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memoriesLiterate and tech-savvy - youll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skillsPrevious Front Office experience preferred.Experience working with Opera preferred, but not essential.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
