You will be supported with a comprehensive learning and development pathway, offering the capacity to grow your career in the clinical research space.Key responsibilitiesAdapt forms from the library to be study specific and bespokePlan and map form placement in the required time order in line with protocol timings/site standardsProvide feedback on the study protocol, associated manuals and guidesAttend pre-initiation/project readiness meetings to discuss study specific activitiesCommunicate study design adjustments and their impact on the overall study budgetRequirementsAt least 2 years clinical research experience, including data management principals either at a Biotech, CRO or Commercial Phase 1 UnitDegree in a relevant scientific disciplineExcellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detailMotivated by planning and problem solving, with a solution focused mindsetAble to work in a team environment as well as autonomouslyAdaptable, able to work well under pressure and willing to take on a challengeExperience in working in a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires a pro-active mindsetMeaningful Impact - ''advancing medicine, improving lives'' of people around the worldProfessional Growth Opportunities - We believe in investing in our employees'' developmentEmployee Recognition - Your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewardedEmployee Wellness Initiatives - We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employeeIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
