We offer a wide range of merchandise and fertiliser options along with agronomic services.How You Will Make Contributions That MatterJoin our dedicated team as aFertiliser / Store CoordinatorinYarram. Youll join a 7-person team, acting as a vital link between our store operations and agronomy services. Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate fertiliser operations, including ordering, blending, loading, and dispatch logisticsProvide expert customer service, offering fertiliser product recommendations and supportManage inventory and stock controlfor fertiliser and general merchandise, including monitoring pricing and marginsOversee store operations, including receiving goods, merchandising, and maintaining store presentationOperate machinery and equipmentsuch as forklifts and loaders, ensuring safe handling of fertiliser productsSupport administrative functions, including invoicing, vendor communication, and online ordering systemsCollaborate with agronomists and contractorsto ensure accurate and timely fertiliser deliveryAssist with team coordination, including shift scheduling and supporting store staffAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for agriculture.
