Situated within one of Australias most prestigious University campuses. Youll be the single point of contact for the client property team and will serve as an account lead on-site, providing a higher level of retailer, customer and client engagement.An Overview of the role: Preparation of a one- and three-year business plan Formation of an annual leasing strategy Monthly invoice deployment Management of arrears Annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and outgoings management Tenant management including reconciliations, lease documentation, fit-out coordination Conducting market rent reviews Oversight of maintenance logging and requests in liaison with client facilities management team Provide strategic advice for best-in-class outcomes for our Client Strong relationship building skills with Retailers, Client, University personnel, and stakeholders Sounds like you?
